2. Information We Access When you grant our App permission to access your Google account, we access the following data based on the scopes you approve:

  • Gmail: To sync incoming and outgoing emails with the relevant records (Projects, Tasks, Opportunities) in our Odoo ERP system.
  • Google Calendar: To synchronize events between your Google Calendar and the Odoo Calendar module.
  • User Profile: To verify your identity and associate your Google account with your ERP user account.

3. How We Use Your Data We use the data accessed from Google APIs solely for the purpose of:

  • Displaying emails within the Odoo interface to facilitate business communication.
  • Sending emails on your behalf from the Odoo interface.
  • Updating your calendar availability and scheduling meetings.

4. Data Storage and Sharing

  • Storage: Data retrieved from Google (emails, calendar events) is stored securely on our ERP servers hosted on [DigitalOcean/Google Cloud].
  • Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or transfer your Google user data to outside parties. Data is only accessible to authorized users within your organization for business purposes.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
