The property is strategically located within a known metallogenic belt, offering significant greenfield potential:

• Regional Setting: The license lies within the Greater Kasanda Gold Zone (Mubende-Kiboga Goldfield). It is underlain by Paleoproterozoic rocks of the Buganda-Toro System (shales, slates, phyllites, and conglomerates) and is intruded by the Singo and Mubende granite batholiths, a geological setting historically associated with gold mineralization.

• Mineralization Style: Exploration targets include vein-hosted gold in sheared quartz zones and alluvial/colluvial gold in the drainage systems (particularly tributaries feeding the Kafu River).
